We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team – could that be you? Our Account Executives are responsible for increasing the Bestpass customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts. This is a full-time, inside telephone sales role with a base salary plus commission.

What does it take to be sucessful?

  • Identify revenue opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and relationship building
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale
  • Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience of inside sales B2B experience

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for consistently supporting our customers by providing professional and friendly product and service information and resolving issues via phone (60%), internet (20%) or email (20%). (No evening or weekend hours).

Can you consistently and professionally perform these duties for our customers?

  • Provide professional, friendly and timely phone support
  • Recommend actions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide Live Chat customer support via internet
  • Create and maintain customer accounts in our proprietary account management system
  • Provide shipping and receiving support, as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer support and education through webinars and web portal training

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year’s prior customer service experience
  • Ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries from customers

At Bestpass, our goal is to offer flexible and powerful solutions based on our innovative technology and service-based platform to assist in the creation of a transport sector that is responsive to the evolving needs of business, government and the wider community. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Programs Manager who can translate data and insight into marketing strategies, plans, campaigns & budgets, drive the creative process, execute marketing programs across multiple channels, as well as supporting and integrating with the Sales teams on strategic door-opening and pipeline creation initiatives. This role will create and execute marketing plans to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation, as well as drive and enhance the North American direct, in-direct channel and inside sales engagement model. The successful candidate will deliver sustainable and effective growth marketing plans which supports the acquisition of new customers and partners while also expanding existing customer & partner relationships. The role will work closely with leadership to devise and drive a comprehensive marketing strategy which builds out Bestpass’ market presence, go-to-market strategy, and identify new opportunities which are in sync with our overall growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Programs Manager will work with the Bestpass market segment teams, leadership staff with cross-functionality in multiple tasks that include the oversight and development of marketing plans aligned to strategies and include tactics and goals for reaching key audiences - end users and channel partners - to drive brand awareness, interest and desire for Bestpass’ products and solutions.
  • Supports, directs and implements the overall strategy for servicing and supporting Bestpass’ growing presence in the America’s market
  • Develop a best-in-class lead generation function based on industry leading best practices for lead generation and management, general business engagement rules, and campaign materials
  • Partner with Sales team and Business Development to develop and execute target account strategy and penetration plan. Work within the teams to define strategy, messaging and programs that will effectively drive demand and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Partner with VP Sales & Marketing to create, define and communicate goals, establish and manage budgets, formulate incentive initiatives and implement new procedures designed to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Submission of a quarterly budget plan covering specific campaigns, programs, and deliverables for field marketing, partner marketing, events, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.
  • Develops and analyzes performance data in order to identify business plan variances using established systems and ad-hoc problem solving
  • Reviews and evaluates data from key business metrics and action plans to improve quality, program effectiveness, and associate engagement based on data
  • Orchestrate cross company resources to support the national sales initiatives
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with the Bestpass VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Up to 25% travel; attend Customer Events, Trade shows, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
  • Leading edge Social and Digital media skills
  • Excellent marketing tools expertise e.g., marketing automation tools (Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc.), marketing attribution experience
  • Excellent programmatic marketing knowledge (e.g., multi-stage, multi-touch campaign blueprinting and execution) along with demonstrable digital marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of marketing insights derived from attribution models, customer database mining, and other sources of customer insight
  • 5+ years of technology marketing with high growth industry experience (Finserv, Fuel Card, Telematics, IoT, M2M, MRM, SaaS Solutions to the trucking market is a plus)
  • 5+ years of demand generation and management experience
  • Leverages data to make strategic market driven business decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex based on audience and other requirements
  • Leadership, consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively
  • CRM system knowledge (Salesforce a+)
  • Proven background or aptitude for complex business development activities
  • Solid ability to hire, assess and develop quality talent
  • Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred

Lead Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced systems administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. As a member of the technical team, you'll be working on challenging problems in scalability, security, existing and new feature architecture and support.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your focus? Ensure that all Bestpass technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently!

Duties:

  • Plan, design and evaluate existing and new computer network systems and services (including LAN, WAN, Internet, etc.) providing analytical, technical and administrative support. Prioritize efforts and design roadmap for IT systems in conjunction with Technology needs
  • Plan, oversee, develop, and implement network policies and procedures
  • Install, configure, maintain and manage network security systems including, access controls, firewalls, and other network security products
  • Ensure environment integrity as maintenance and modification projects to existing applications are undertaken
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers and technology tools; troubleshoot network issues and outages
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Create and maintain documentation relating to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies; ensure all licensing is up-to-date
  • Responsible for monitoring up-time of all technology infrastructure, to include monitoring and outage response. Provides network performance statistics and reports
  • Act as technical liaison between clients, customers, and vendors to resolve issues as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of business, employee, and customer information in all communications while safeguarding sensitive documents

Requirements

  • Five (5) + years’ experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
  • Prior experience leading an IT team preferred
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours to address network/systems upgrades and/or issues
  • Ability to create scripts in Powershell, Python, Perl or other language
  • Ability to work with outside consultants on IT projects and issues
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Pluses: Knowledge of Azure, containers, professional certification (i.e., MCSA)

Customer Project Manager

The Customer Project Manager leads the successful implementation for large, complex and/or strategically important clients.

To ensure complex Customers are implemented quickly and efficiently requires coordination across various departments within Bestpass and the Customer. The Customer Project Manager will own this coordination and ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet customer expectations. All of this supports a clean hand off to the ongoing Customer Service team at the end of implementation.

As a member of the Customer Onboarding Team, you'll report into the Customer Onboarding Manager and work collaboratively with other Customer Services team members as well as the Sales, Support Services, Fulfillment, Product, and Development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc
  • Follow and/or develop onboarding procedures that facilitate efficient and timely implementation of assigned accounts
  • Improve customer relationship by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers and project team throughout the project implementation phase
  • Success Metrics: Identify, report and monitor the success metrics of an implementation
  • Communication: Coordinating communication across teams via emails and meetings to support required progress and circulating weekly status reports summarizing open, pending, and completed tasks
  • Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and make decisions to support our customers and team members with minimal guidance
    • Ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries from customers and team members
    • Continually contribute to cohesive team environment
    • Ability to consistently communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
    • Excellent time management to give appropriate representation to all customers and team members
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, and Adobe
    • 2-4 years’ experience in professional client relationship management
