Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for consistently supporting our customers by providing professional and friendly product and service information and resolving issues via phone (60%), internet (20%) or email (20%).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general phone support to assigned customers for all levels of our customer base
  • Perform and recommend actions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide Live Chat customer support via internet
  • Create and maintain customer accounts in proprietary account management system
  • Provide shipping and receiving support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer support and education through webinars and web portal training
  • Provide customer assistance with billing:
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Explain invoice process and toll detail
  • Acquire payment information

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year’s prior customer service experience
  • Intermediate/Expert Excel skills
  • Ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries from customers
  • Continually contribute to cohesive team environment
  • Ability to consistently communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
  • Ability to work and make decisions to support our customers with minimal guidance
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts in a consistent and efficient manner with a high attention to detail
  • Associates degree in Business, Communications or related discipline; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience with ZenDesk a +

Account Executive - SaaS Sales

Account Executive - SaaS Sales

We are seeking an experienced, energetic self-starter, who is driven to increase our customer base through the acquisition of new business and achieve revenue goals. If you are a hunter who holds yourself accountable to a consistent sales process - then we want to talk to you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and relationship building and other activities as needed
  • Prospect, qualify and generate sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas
  • Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
  • Engage prospects through consultative sales practices and programs identified by Sales Management
  • Identify and close additional purchases of products and services
  • Work closely with Customer Services and Business Development
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Bestpass scope of business
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports as required
  • Be knowledgeable on Bestpass products and services as well as customer needs and requirements
  • Team with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build pipeline
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2-3 years of overall sales experience with a verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Persistence
  • Technology expertise: CRM systems (Freshsales a +), MS Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
  • Ability to travel +/- 20%

We are seeking candidates who have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with large data and have good Excel skills. Data Entry Specialists provide important data operations in conjunction with our Support Services Department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Strong basic-intermediate Excel skills
  • Minimum High School diploma/GED
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
