Bestpass Hires Perea as Customer Service Manager
Bestpass, Inc., a company that provides single source payment and streamlined toll management services to commercial fleets, recently hired Wally Perea as Customer Service Manager. He will oversee the company’s Customer Service team, which fielded more than 40,000 requests in 2015.
Wally has extensive expertise in managing cross-functional teams, customer satisfaction and multi-million dollar budgets. Most recently, he was a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual. Prior to that, he was a Store Team Leader for Target. He has also worked as an Area Manager for the Walt Disney World Resort and provided logistical support while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
A Latham, N.Y., resident, Wally earned his degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. He has also completed a number of certifications in the areas of leadership, customer service and human resources.
