If your transponder number starts with 016 then you
have a MD Account. If your transponder number starts
with 004 then you have a NY Account. |

E-ZPass is already activated. If you ordered a
fusion transponder then you will need to call
the weigh station bypass company to get that service

the members tab and click on the form labeled "New
York State Thruway Tag Order". This can be filled
out and submitted online.

You will need to print this out and mail it and the
tag to the address indicated on the form.
